@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
I have added
this page to include members of my Mothers family. I have received these from Jan Mulder and Ria Mulder, the wife of Arnold
Mulder. Hopefully they can send me more of the brothers and sister of Mom, I have very little so please send me more pictures and if you have old ones, that would be just
lovely. Some of the pictures have all the names written on them, that was by Jan so I would understand a little more about
the family out there.
Our Mulder grandparents, Jan Mulder and Hindrikje Dijkhuizen.
Not a good picture but it is all I have. I will rescan it again and hopefully get better results.
Our maternal grand father, Jan Mulder. A truly lovely person
and loved for sure by me. When I said goodbye to him he was crying and called me Hindertje, so I must have looked like grandma
too, I think,. I had no idea I would never see him alive again, never even thought of it.
The last resting place of our maternal grandparents, as you
can see I was named after grandmother Mulder.

Our Mulder grandparents had 6 children.
Harko, Arnoldus Henderikus, Henderikus, Pieterke,
Johanna and another Harko.
The first Harko drowned
when he was 13 years old.
I have no pictures of
Mom's oldest brother, Arnoldus and his wife Elske but
they
had 4 children. Jan, Arent, Lemmerdina (Lammie) and Henderikus.
I only knew Lammie and Arent died when he was
only a year old.
This is Jan Mulder with a stoeijeboom, a branch with all kinds
of goodies on them, (mostly raisin buns and such) that all the children got the first day of school. We were made to believe
that they grew in the school attic. I am not sure if I was the last one or Jean to receive one before WW2 broke out. Such
a nice memory. Jan lives in Africa
and is sharing this with us.
This is Jan again and I think his brother Henk is with him
and must be eating some of the spoils, anyway he is smiling. Such a long time ago.
